Product Overview
This TK6306 integrated labyrinth sealing kit is specially designed for bulk material conveyor roller bearing housings, consisting of five separate matching components that form a multi-layer interlocking labyrinth barrier. The layered sealing structure effectively blocks fine dust, slurry, mineral particles and external contaminants from invading the bearing cavity, minimizing bearing abrasion and greatly extending the service cycle of conveyor roller bearings.
Each component adopts specialized engineering materials to balance rigidity and wear resistance:
- Inner & outer labyrinth rings: High precision POM plastic, low friction and stable dimensional tolerance;
- Bottom seal & protective cover: Tough PA6 nylon, outstanding wear and impact resistance;
- Outer protective cover: Stamped SPCC cold rolled steel sheet, strong anti-collision and anti-deformation performance;
Exact Matching Dimensions
This sealing set is tailored for bearing housings with standard specs: 30mm bearing inner bore, 72mm bearing outer diameter, 72mm top mounting hole of bearing seat, 46mm bottom hole and 49.3mm housing depth. After finishing bearing assembly inside the bearing seat, this full seal assembly can be installed directly for full enclosure protection of the bearing unit.
