Product Introduction
This complete TK6305 labyrinth seal kit is specially engineered for conveyor idler roller bearing housings, constructed with five independent functional components to form a multi-layer blocking barrier against dust, mud, moisture and industrial debris. Each component adopts targeted premium raw materials for stable long-term operation: inner & outer labyrinth rings are injection molded from high rigid POM for precise labyrinth clearance; bottom seal and protective cover use wear-resistant PA6 with outstanding anti-abrasion performance; the outer shield cover is stamped from SPCC cold rolled steel to boost structural impact resistance.
Size Matching Standard
This sealing set perfectly fits bearing seats with core dimensions: 25mm bearing inner diameter, 62mm bearing outer diameter, 62mm top mounting hole of housing, 40mm bottom hole, and 45mm housing depth. After assembling bearings inside the bearing seat, install this seal unit to fully isolate external pollutants from bearing cavities, effectively lowering bearing wear and greatly extending the service life of conveyor roller bearings.
