1. Description
BeaverBeads™ Streptavidin can bind specifically to biotinylated antibodies, polypeptides and nucleic acid molecules. These streptavidin-biotin complex is the strongest known noncovalent interaction and has cascade amplification effect. BeaverBead Streptavidin can be produced on an industrial scale and widely used as a media for marking and capturing.
2. Application Case
Applying magnetic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay (direct chemiluminescence) on FT4, BeaverBeads share the close measured value with that of the control magnetic beads for samples with different concentrations. BeaverBeads is able to replace market competitors.
