Product Introduction:
The Thermal Deformation/Vicat Softening Point Temperature Tester features an advanced HMI+PLC-based core control system, which effectively eliminates data instability induced by electromagnetic interference—providing fundamental hardware assurance for enhanced test precision. Equipped with a voice prompt function, it enables even novice operators to master operation rapidly; the instrument also boasts an intuitive, user-friendly software interface with simplified operation logic, facilitating quick familiarization and seamless workflow.

Engineered in full compliance with the latest international and national standards, this tester is specifically designed to evaluate the thermal softening characteristics of plastic raw materials and finished products. Through indenter replacement, it supports dual-mode testing: thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening point temperature measurement. It utilizes transformer oil (maximum operating temperature: 200 °C) or methyl silicone oil (maximum operating temperature: 300 °C) as the heat transfer medium, paired with mechanical stirrers for internal oil circulation. The large-capacity oil tank design ensures stable temperature control and a uniform temperature field throughout the test chamber, laying a solid foundation for reliable and repeatable test results.
