2.Host Machine Configuration: The mainframe features a lower-mounted cylinder configuration. The tensile test space is positioned above the mainframe, while the compression and bending test space is allocated between the mainframe’s lower crosshead and the workbench—enabling seamless switching between different test types without reconfiguring the equipment layout.
3.Test Rate Control: Utilizes an automatic closed-loop control method for test rate regulation, ensuring precise and uniform control of loading/unloading speeds to meet the requirements of various material testing standards.
4.Gripping System: Equipped with a hydraulic wedge-type clamping mechanism, which delivers strong, uniform clamping force and rapid fixture adjustment, effectively preventing specimen slippage during high-load tests.
5.Data Management & Reporting: Test results are automatically archived in the system database for traceability. A comprehensive test report—incorporating full test data, characteristic test curves, and compliance analysis (where applicable)—can be automatically generated and printed, streamlining post-test data review and documentation workflows.

Overload protection:
1.Overload Protection
When the applied test force exceeds 2%–5% of the maximum test force for each measurement range, the system will automatically trigger overload protection and initiate an emergency stop of all test operations to safeguard both the equipment and test specimens.
2.Stroke Limit Protection
When the hydraulic piston travels to its upper mechanical limit position, the built-in travel protection mechanism will be activated, and the pump motor will immediately shut down to prevent mechanical collision or structural damage to the mainframe.
