  1. High-Speed Infrared (IR) Drying for Pattern Integrity: The process initiates with a controlled IR drying zone. This rapidly evaporates solvents from the printed resistor paste without causing "mud-cracking" or edge drift, which is critical for preserving the as-printed resistor geometry and achieving precise, predictable resistance values after firing.

  2. Complete Organic Binder Removal (Debinding): Following drying, the conveyor transports the substrates through a carefully profiled thermal debinding zone.
