Circular Vibrating Sieve is a high precision fine powder screening machine.The fundamental principle of vibrating screen sifter is that the unbalanced weight dropper installed on the top and bottom ends of motor changes the rotation motion of motor to horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motions, and then passes this motion to screen surface, achieving the purpose of classification, filtering and removal of impurities.
1. Advantages and Features
1.1. High screening efficiency---Adopts spring steel woven mesh or perforated sieve-plate, which is helps to prolong the service life and prevent blockage.
1.2. Using large clearance bearings and lubricated with thin oil, little noise and long service life.
1.3. Sieve beam and screen box adopts high strength bolt connection, no welding processing.
1.4. Small amplitude--Rubber vibration spring is used to reduce noise pollution and provide smooth vibration operation.
2. Application fields
Chemical industry: resin, paint, industrial medicine, cosmetics, paint, traditional Chinese medicine powder, etc.
Food industry: powdered sugar, starch, salt, rice noodles, milk powder, soy milk, egg powder, soy sauce, fruit juice and so on.
Metal, metallurgical mining industry: aluminum powder, lead powder, copper powder, ore, alloy powder, electrode powder, manganese dioxide, electrolytic copper powder, electromagnetic materials, grinding powder, refractories, kaolin, lime, alumina, heavy calcium carbonate, quartz sand, etc.
Pollution treatment: waste oil, waste water, dyeing and finishing wastewater, auxiliaries, activated carbon and so on.
3. Working principle and structural characteristics
YK series circular vibrating screen is to make the screen body vibrate periodically along the direction of excitation force by driving the exciter outside the ordinary motor, and the material moves continuously on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening.
The YK series circular vibrating screen is composed of excitation source, screen body, screen screen, damping device and bottom bracket. The side plate of the screen machine is made of high quality steel plate. The side plate is connected with crossbeam and vibration exciter base by high strength bolt or ring slot willow nail. The structure is reasonable and durable.
