  • High-Speed Servo Welding Head: Adopts a servo motor to drive the welding head for single-sided spot welding, ensuring high-speed production and excellent weld quality; an optional welding head rotation function is available to enhance flexibility.
  • Precision Motion and Long Service Life: Uses imported servo motors and precision linear modules (TBI ball screws and HIWIN linear guides) to ensure accurate and stable movement of the welding head, and extend equipment durability.
  • Flexible Programming and CAD Import: Program settings support arbitrary dot matrix and standard array modes. Equipped with CAD drawing import function, it can store up to 99 welding programs, adapting to the configuration requirements of various battery packs.
  • Comprehensive Quality Assurance: Integrated functions include continuous start, breakpoint start, real-time alarms for false welding and missed welding, as well as repair welding functions, to minimize production defects.
  • Real-Time Welding Current Monitoring: The DC inverter transistor welding power supply has a built-in current monitoring function, enabling operators to monitor the actual output current in real time and ensure consistent weld strength.
  • Robust and Stable Mechanical Design: Designed with a high-rigidity motion structure and perfectly constructed, this automatic spot welding machine ensures the long-term stability of welding accuracy, making it very suitable for the production of high-volume 18650 battery packs.
