Chicken cage system
Chicken cage is cold-drawn steel mesh welding and then hot dig galvanized, corrosion resistance, long life time. The bottom mesh is welded by steel mesh which wire diameter. Is 2mm,and with re-enforced steel mesh, not only flexible, but also reduce the tired of layer, and reduce the egg damage rate.The door of cage have key and lock which stop chicken run away, but stop the chicken waste the feed when eating
Drinking system
There are 2 to 3 nipple drinkers for each two cage sections on the pvc pipes which are located between two cage sections. The “V” shape leakage gutter underneath the water pipes holds the water drops and prevent the drops to the manure belt, therefore a drier manure is obtained
The automatic feeding system
1. It is the feeding system with feed carts. Our feeding system with feed carts which enable adjust to make feed distributed hygienically, homogeneous, mixed and equally
2. In this system, feed is distributed automatically to the feed carts from the feed silos by the spiral augers located in a pipe with 90-150 mm diameter
3. Feed carts are moved by steel cables and 0.75-1.50 hp (according to the chicken house length and hopper) electric gear motor the rails that are located on the top of the cages
Automatic egg collection system
1. Automatic egg collection unit made of galvanized sheet and apparatus produced by our advanced own production machines, the egg bands and lift engine powers are 0.75 -1.50 hp
2. The egg bands made of import cloth and the joint components made of plastic sheet
Manure removal system
1. Manure is cleaned and discharged by the polypropylene (PP) manure belts of 1.10 mm thickness
2. These pp belts are located under neath every tier and row of the cages and towed by drive reducer engines to clean the manure in a flawless way
