A type automatic layer chicken cage
Layer breeding equipment has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,automatic feeding, automatic water,automatic dung cleaning,environment automatic control characteristics.The coop scaffold is made of material with hot dip galvanizing process,and have a lifetime of up to 15 years.The cage uses the cold drawn steel wire welding hot dip galvanizing process which is generally 3-4 times the service life of cold galvanizing.The cage have the 3 tiers and 4 tiers cage most use in farm,according to the birds quantity and the chicken house size choose different cage
1. Feeding system
A type automatic feeding machine include the support system,hopper traveling system,feed amount adjusting system,power distribution system,at both end of the cage need have 2 meter space to install the feeding machine,turn on the machine,pulling rope driven by a motor provide power to the hopper frame,when it walks,the feed will be evenly distributed into the feeder and complete the feeding
Usually the feeding machine connect with the silo by the transverse feeding auger together,feed is distributed automatically to the feed hoppers from the feed silo by the spiral augers
Advantage of feeding machine
Use the feeding system could save time,for 70 meters chicken house finish feeding only need 5-8 minutes,one chicken house only need one worker operate the machine,save the labor
2. Egg collection system
Egg collection machine include the machine frame,control cabinet,motor,conveyor belt,egg belt clip,turn on the machine the conveyor belt is moving by the head device,eggs will be transferred to the egg collection device by the egg belt,then transfer to the workbench,work pick up.Also can be equipped with egg conveyor system which can deliver all eggs from different houses to egg storage room
