Sarcandra Glabra (Thunb.)Nakai is also known as "9-knotted flower" and "bone-knitted lotus", is a semi-bush plant affiliated to the chestnut magnolia, and is one of rare Chinese herbal medicines. The medicine has expansion of wood knot with relative leaves, with nearly-leather quality, with egg lanceolate or oval shape, with serrated edges and petiole base of a sheath-like formation.
The product is whole grass of Sarcandra Glabra (Thunb.)Nakai plant affiliated to the chestnut magnolia, it is the kind of powder or block extract after water extracting, decompression & enrichment, vacuum drying or spray-dried.
