86177 large aperture Spectro colorimeter adopts D/8 illumination geometry, with 50mm large test aperture, specialized in color measurement and color comparison of non-transparent materials such as powder, masterbatches and so on. The spectropolarimeter not only has various color spaces and color difference formulas, but also can display spectral reflectance curves, which is widely used in color management and quality control in the fields of paint, plastic, food, medicine and so on. The colorimeter also provides professional mobile APP and PC software to support data export and report printing.
Key Features
50mm large aperture: Measuring aperture up to 50mm, especially suitable for color difference measurement of objects with rough surfaces such as masterbatches, powders and rough fabric.
Display of spectral reflectance curves: Using full-spectrum LED light source and advanced spectral sensors to provide professional spectral reflectance curves, providing more professional color data for color measurement, from which information such as hue, saturation, depth, etc. can be obtained.
Good repeatability, △E*ab ≤0.03: High precision and excellent repeatability with standard deviation △E*ab≤0.03. It can pass the test of authoritative metrology institute.
Free special plastic cuvettes: It is equipped with special plastic cuvettes for the measurement of masterbatches, powder and opaque liquid.
Simple operation, two-step color difference measurement: Measure color difference with two clicks on the 7-inch color touch screen for extremely simple operation.
Provide QC function: It has QC function which can set the color difference threshold by yourselves, and it will automatically judge whether the color difference is qualified or not.
Built-in multiple universal electronic color charts: The colorimeter is built-in multiple universal electronic color charts, which can quickly match the closest color chart number during color measurement with accuracy greater than 90%.
Cell phone App is more functional: It can share and export the color data by connecting to the mobile phone APP.
Provide PC software, support data import and export: With PC software, it has stronger color difference statistical analysis function. Meanwhile, it can import and export the stored data of the instrument.
Standard deviation ΔE*ab is within 0.03 (Measurement condition: the average value of 30 measurements on the whiteboard at an interval of 3s after calibration)
