Coated by TiSiN, nACo4, TiCXSiN,nACo4-blue coatings or no coating, suitable for maching 45 to 65HRC materials, such as steel, carbon steel, pre-hardened steel, cast iron, stainless steel,titanium alloy etc.

End mill Coating: The correct tool coating can have a great impact on the cutting tools by increasing the cutting speed, tool life or improving the surface finish. Synthetic diamond (PCD) is a special hard coating used for cutting tools which must withstand high wear resistance. The tool life of PCD coated tools can be up to 100 times longer than that of uncoated tools. However, the coating cannot be used at temperatures higher than 600℃ or on ferrous metals. Diamond coating is applied for some end mills for aluminum, AD coating or DLC coating. Both are Balzac coating. Most Betalent carbide’s coatings for end mill are Balzac coating. Common coating materials are TiSiN,TiCXCo4, nACo4, nACo4-blue,TiAlSiN.
