Main feature
| 1). Advanced gravity filling technology from Germany and Italy is applied on the machine, which assure quick filling and high accuracy of liquid level control. |
| 2). Magnetic torque is applied on bottle screw-capping. Constant screw capping power can be adjustable stepless and therefore will not hurt the bottles at all. |
| 3). Horizontal swirl cap sorting device is applied to avoid damaging caps. No caps, no capping; No caps, feeding system run automatically. |
| 4). Human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC control system are adopted on the machine. Liquid level in the tank is controlled automatically. No bottles, no filling, no capping. |

Machine description
►Bottle washing machine
| The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure. |
| It applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable. |
| The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water. |
| All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing. |
| The washing machine is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission |
