This machine adopts computer control and its capacity can be adjusted.
Cap pulling organism from AIRTAC adopt pneumatic adjustment, which solves the problems of tolerance of barrel height and tolerance of barrel’s mouth, and increases cap pulling success greatly.

Brush External Bottle Washer
External brusher is corollary equipment for barrel line which produces mineral water and pure water.
Bottom and outside surface will be cleaned completely.
Machine is made of stainless steel which anti-corrosion and easy cleanable.
Adopt bottle-jamming inspection device to decrease damage rate.
It is well designed with reasonable structure and high efficiency, operating stably with highly automation.

Empty bottle→alkali water washing→recycled water washing→ clo2washing→dripping→product water washing→dripping→filling →capping
