The coordinate robot case packer which is produced by Peiyu. It is an intelligent automatic packing machine that uses a high speed dual servo to package various containers, including glass bottles,plastic bottles and various filling items.Packing rhythm is no more than 12 times per minute. This machine adopts PLC with touch screen control, and it has bottle shortage alarm. If the machine does not have bottles, it will be automatic shutdown, no bottle and no case safe configuration, greatly facilitates operation, reduces production worker management and labor intensity,And the machine is one of the preferred models for automatic food packaging.
H-bot carton loading machine is composed of coordinate mechanism, bottle/can feeding conveyor, and box feeding conveyor. It is driven by high power dual servo motors, which realizes the lifting, translating and curved motion of the cross coordinate through the relative rotation direction and speed difference of the two servo motors with high speed operation, and at the same time, it is supplied by dual air sources, which has good stability, high speed, light action, and free of maintenance.
