3.1 Equipment Principle Products are evenly distributed into each channel via the inlet chain conveyor while undergoing missing-bottle detection. They are then arranged into the required formation by gate mechanisms or bottle-pressing units before being transferred to the film-wrapping belt by push-rod assemblies. Synchronized film feeding from below enables wrapping on the conveyor belt. The wrapped products are finally discharged via the outlet conveyor into the shrink tunnel.
3.2 Workflow: 3.2.1 The equipment features a compact overall structure, small footprint, and aesthetically pleasing design. 3.2.2 User-friendly interface: Equipped with a fully automatic LCD touchscreen control system and electronic detection functions, making operation simple and convenient. 3.2.3 Various protection, detection, and seamless safety devices are configured to ensure safe operation. 3.2.4 The round bottle channel entrance adopts a micro-vibration bottle dividing method to effectively prevent bottle jamming; square bottles do not require this configuration. 3.2.5 The push-rod components are designed with torque-limiting protection to avoid damage caused by bottle tipping under special circumstances, and also facilitate troubleshooting by operators.
