SPCTTB series labeling machine according to the different requirements of customers, applicable to variety of specifications of the label and speed requirements, the production speed can be steeples regulate.
According to the customer's bottle type, the speed of the labeled drum and the outer diameter of the bottle are completely equal between high, medium and low speed, no matter it is big or small bottle, to ensure the labeling effect.
The servo motor realizes the function of no bottle no label and no stick glue. When the bottle enters the machine intermittently, the label supply station can smoothly switch between feed or no feed label, and the cutting label accuracy is normal.
If the machine is abnormal during the operation, the automatic control system will automatically alarm, automatically slow speed down or stop immediately. In case of emergency, the person can stop the machine through the emergency stop button.
(5)Equipment composition
1) Bottle conveying part, including conveying chain, enter bottle wheel, large turntable, exit bottle wheel. The main servo motor drives the big turntable, and the big turntable drives other turns.
2) The label conveying part(supply label station), including two label plates, constant tension control and execution part, servo label transfer and servo label coating part, (servo cutting label drum, servo labeling drum. The servo coating part includes glue pump, servo coating table and glue liquid circulation system), label servo precision delivery mechanism.

This mechanism consist of servo motor and synchronize belt that drive tow roller rotate. Label is towed between tow roller and plastic roller. Plastic roller has manual adjustment structure which ensure label input smoothly. And the application of tightening set greatly improves the stability.
It is used for sucking cut label from sucking label drum to plastic roller for glued, them stick label to the bottle body. The glue just sticked to label either end. Glue consume very small. PEIYU company have advanced 5 axis processing center for making label drum at precision level, which improves the stability of label glued and transfer.

The label film drawn from the traction roller is sucked onto the rotating drum at the designed intervals. The rotating drum for label suction is equipped with a moving knife, which cuts the label film into labels of a fixed length during the rotation process. The gap between the moving knife and the flying knife can be conveniently adjusted by the gap plate with thickness markings.
When it works, the melt glue machine melts the glue and supplies to the spraying mechanism with constant pressure. Spraying glue on the way of rolling to the either ends.

This labeling machine is equipped with two label reels, which facilitate quick label connection and replacement during production, reducing the label-changing time. The guide roller serves to store the label film. When the label film is running low, the sensor in the constant tension mechanism can send a signal to the servo motor based on the position of the tension roller, enabling the motor to supply labels in a timely manner and stop the supply when necessary.
Without a screw rod for bottle insertion, it is divided into an insertion wheel and an ejection wheel. The bottle insertion and ejection process is smooth. When changing the bottle type, this part needs to be replaced. This part adopts a quick-change handle structure, which allows for quick adjustment and is simple and easy to use.
This part is mainly used changing the height of press bottle mechanism when the bottle height is different. Principles: the worm auger reduce gear motor provides power to drive the large auger, which drive the whole system include press bottle mechanism up and down moving. .
