1. Do you offer printing free samples based my design?
Yes, we can print some samples according to customer's requirements.

2. What’s your delivery time?
We will arrange the delivery within 7~12 working days after received the deposit or full amountwhen you machine order less than 4
sets. if more than 5 sets or need us design for you, the date can be negotiation.

3. What’s your payment method?
Payment method is T/T , Western Union, Paypal.

4. If I have some technical problem, how can you help us to solve it?
Firstly, we have lots of teaching video to help you install machine . and then we have engineer to use the Teamviewer and Anydesk
to help you finish . Most of engineer have been in our factory for more than 5 years. we are sure you could get best reliable
service.

5. Once there is something need to replace, what can I do?
We supply all the spare parts for the printer. If any part is broken, we will fix it or send you new parts after users send back
the broken ones. We suggest that users order spare parts package for long time maintenance and fast replacement.

6. Can we send our technician to your factory for training?
Yes, you are warmly welcome to visit us for free training.

7. We want to become exclusive distributor of your machines?
