Production Process of Biodegradable Pulp Boxes

5.Trimming and Finishing: After drying, the boxes are trimmed to remove any excess pulp or uneven edges, resulting in a smooth and uniform finish. Additional finishing touches such as printing, labeling, or coating can be applied as per customer requirements.
6.Quality Control: Throughout the production process, quality control checks are conducted to ensure that the boxes meet specified standards in terms of strength, dimensions, appearance, and biodegradability.
7.Packaging and Distribution: Once the biodegradable pulp boxes have passed quality checks, they are packaged for distribution to food service providers, restaurants, and other businesses looking for sustainable packaging solutions.
