2.Printing: If the meal box requires printing, this step involves applying the desired design, logo, and other graphics onto the paperboard using printing techniques such as offset printing or flexography.
3.Die-Cutting: After printing, the paperboard is die-cut into the required shape and size for the meal box. This process involves using a die to cut the paperboard into the desired shape with precision.
Scoring and Folding: Score lines are added to the paperboard to facilitate folding along specific lines. The scored paperboard is then folded into the shape of the meal box.
4.Gluing: The folded paperboard is glued together at specific points to hold its shape and form the meal box. Food-safe adhesives are typically used for this purpose.
5.Quality Control: Throughout the production process, quality control measures are in place to ensure that the meal boxes meet the required standards in terms of dimensions, printing quality, structural integrity, and food safety.
6.Packaging: Once the meal boxes are manufactured and quality-checked, they are packaged in bulk for distribution and transportation to food service establishmen.

A: Biodegradable tableware, mainly are in sugarcane, wood and bamboo.

A: It's up to you, but we prefer FOB and CIF price terms.
Q3: What's your payment terms?
A: Generally 50-70% deposit paid before production, 50-30% balance paid before shipping (it depends on the specific order amount ).
Q4: Can I customize on the products or package?
A: Yes, we accept customization requirements on product size, logo, package and so on.
Q5: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can offer free samples, you just need to collect the freight cost.
