Product Description
WNS Series High Efficiency Oil Fired Steam Boiler
Model number is WNS, which is a horizontal three-cylinder (gas) combustion boiler with a wet rear structure. The ripple furnace and combustion chamber are the first to return, the second return is the smoke channel, and the third return comprises an economist and a capacitor. The boiler is equipped with a complete automatic control device and safety protection device, which can detect automatic water level control, minimum water level alarm and shutdown; automatic boiler prevention, automatic burner adjustment and flame protection to ensure safe boiler operation.
The boiler first softens the water in the condenser, then pumps it into the condenser and returns to the soft water tank (while cooling the wild gas). The heated demineralized water is pumped to the economist by the feed pump, which is further heated by the economist and sent to the body.
Brief Introduction of Boiler Operating Conditions
The boiler can operate from 80 to 100% of working conditions. Below 100 nominal stroke, the operating parameters of the boiler are: feed water temperature is 20 ° C, nominal operating pressure is 1.25 MPa, 10 tonnes of water can be produced per hour, temperature is 193.4 ° C. If there is natural gas, the calculated heat efficiency is 98.96, the gasoline temperature is 48.93 ° C, and the fuel consumption is 754.78 Nm 3 / h (one day output). Natural gas has a low calorific value (> 36.36 MJ / NM3).
