PRINCIPLE

Recombinant TP antigen is absorbed in solid phase to the polystyrene reaction microplate. If there is TP antibody in test sample, it binds to TP antigen coated in microplate, forms antigen-antibody complex, and then binds to the enzyme labeled antigen and forms antigen-antibody-antibody complex on surface of the microplate, and display blue color in corresponding well via the action of substrate. Therefore, it can detect the TP antibody specifically in human serum/plasma.

This kit uses a double antigen sandwich ELISA principle to detect TP antibody. Recombinant TP antigen is pre-coated on the microplate, the enzyme-labeled TP antigen complex will combine with TP antibody in human serum/plasma.
