Skywin Wafer Biscuit Production Line

2. Reasonable layout, compact structure, small occupation, the body length of the baking oven is only 2/3 of the same type of product.
3. High automatic, stand-alone machine can be controlled separately, simple operation and easy maintenance

5. Special energy conservation design, low energy cost, can reduce pollution to an extreme
6. Machines’ material comply with food hygiene standard, all parts which is connected with food are adopt stainless steel

Main Technical and Requirements:
1. The whole shell of the production line adopts 304 Stainless Steel in accordance with the health and safety standard.
2. The electricity and transmission components are all used Siemens ,Mitsubishi ,touch screen to ciontrol and adopts the Interenational Brand Germany SEW,SKF to make the whole line steadily.
3. In according to the clients ' requirements ,we can make a wide range of size and shape cream (chocolate ) filled wafer biscuit full automatically.

Step 1: Mechanical surface coated with preservative solution (to protect stainless steel).

Step 4: Wooden case / frame packaging (easy to transport).
Step 5: Tie the bandage outside of the wooden case (reinforcement overall).
