Product Features
When we selected beech species, we had already selected the species, annual rings, time of sunshine and the diameter of the species. We will choose tree species with long sunshine time and long annual ring production cycle, and screen out tree species with unstable quality due to insects.
Beech—After the veneer is peeled, we will screen it, and those with stuttered trees and those that do not meet the quality standards will be screened out to make packaging boards. Requirements: veneer—clear texture and obvious tree pattern, reflecting the display of visual sense and quality. The thickness of the veneer - 2.0MM-4.0MM-3.5MM-3.8MM. We adopt the process of matching thickness and hot pressing for 55 minutes to better ensure the inner diameter of the board and the strength of the glue bonding force.
Our veneers are dried naturally, not through the dryer, the dryer is prone to moisture hiding, drying for too long is easy to deform, the veneer is too brittle, and the drying time is not enough to cause moisture hiding and cannot evaporate. Drying naturally is the most traditional and effective way to maintain stability.
Our thickness is controlled at 13MM. Special requirements will be controlled within 13MM-13.3MM. Avoid the quality problems of not being able to fit in and not conforming to the drawings.
