Can we order sample for inspection?
Samples can be ordered for test and approval. Sample charges will be quoted depending upon the item, quantity, design, and any special requirements. Sample production time is usually 7 to 14 days depending on the product specifications, model, and design.
Which payment options are available?
Payments can be made through Bank Transfer T/T, Western Union, PayPal (USA Only) and Letter Of Credit L/C. Other payment options can be arranged depending upon agreed terms and ordered products.
What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 200pcs for each item. Special arrangements can be made and offered for smaller or testing or trial orders.
How about the packaging?
Standard poly bag packaging is offered for each product shipped. We can offer customized packaging which will be extra charge based on the type of required packaging. If you have a special request for packaging, please let us know and we will help you to customize it accordingly.
Do you offer OEM service?
Yes, we do offer OEM service. But ODM service is workable as well.
What is your delivery time?
Delivery times are based on order quantity. Small orders are usually produced and shipped within 20 to 25 days. Large size order delivery times are confirmed once the order is placed, it will be 30-45 days after the final confirmation.
