Extension of Shelf Life With Nitrogen, C02 & Oxygen, Flushing and Pulling Of A Vacuum, This equipment is suitable for air-conditioned fresh-keeping packaging of cold meat, air-conditioned fresh-keeping packaging of chicken and duck braised meat products, air-conditioned fresh-keeping packaging of cooked food, air-conditioned fresh-keeping packaging of beef, sheep and pork, air-conditioned fresh-keeping packaging of cheese, and air-conditioned fresh-keeping packaging of fruits and vegetables.
MAP modified atmosphere packaging machine is a vertical type MAP packaging equipment, which is designed to keep food products fresh at small to medium capacity. The products are packaged in pre-made plastic containers of various sizes and shapes (rectangular, square, round, triangle, etc. Boxes, trays, bowls, and cups).
This machine is especially suitable for cold meat, fast food lunch, cooked rice, vegetables, fruits and other foods that need to be packaged in trays.
The main function :
1. This machine is suitable for box packaging of all kinds of food. It can continuously and automatically complete the steps of vacuuming, automatic filling of mixed fresh-keeping gas (usually CO2, N2, O2), inflation, sealing packaging, slitting, and discharging of packaged products;
2. Packaging films and boxes of different materials such as composite film, single film and co-extruded film can be completed for sealing and packaging.
