High temperature fan is the power source of the whole plant closed system! The whole system is a negative pressure system! The function of kiln head exhaust fan and kiln tail exhaust fan is to exclude exhaust gas and pull wind. The working environment of fans in cement plants is harsh and easy to be damaged by abrasion, so it is necessary to choose excellent protective coating. The coating needs to meet the advantages of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, and good adhesion, weather resistance, and atmospheric corrosion resistance.
After years of research and development, on the fan blade wear resistance, Xianrun Blower developed high performance wear resistant waterproof coating. It has the following remarkable features:
1. Composed of polymer material, wear-resistant orthopedics, ultra-fine powder and inorganic polymer dispersion, the particles are tightly packed after curing the coating, with good adhesion, not easy to fall off, and good thermal denaturation resistance.
2. High wear resistance, the experiment shows that the wear resistance of ZS-911 wear-resistant waterproof coating is 10 times that of 16Mn steel, 9 times that of 65Mn steel, 50 times that of refractory castable, and with the increase of temperature, the wear resistance of wear-resistant waterproof coating changes very little.
3. The coating performance is stable, the use of acid and alkali resistant special raw materials, not easy to react with the medium. Good environmental corrosion resistance.
4. Specially made of excellent resin, stable molecular structure, not easy to aging decomposition.
