High temperature centrifugal blower fan with low noise fan ht series used for industrial furnace
High temperature fan belongs to special fan, which is specially used in high temperature working place. Its material has strong high temperature and high pressure resistance. High temperature fans mainly include: stainless steel high temperature fan, transmission high temperature fan, centrifugal high temperature fan and so on. High temperature fan is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, forging, electric power, nuclear power plant, environmental protection and other fields. Structural characteristics of high temperature fan 1. High temperature fan is mainly composed of impeller, housing, air inlet, motor, connector, heat dissipation blade and other parts. 2, the impeller adopts multi-wing single entry centrifugal impeller, made of high quality galvanized sheet or cold rolled steel plate, the blade is designed according to the aerodynamic principle. The impeller consists of 10 tilting airfoil blades, curvilinear front disc and flat rear disc. The material is made of high quality steel plate with high strength and good durability, and has been corrected by strict dynamic and static balance. Good air performance, high efficiency, smooth operation. 3, the inlet adopts the convergent streamline vortex reduction form, the air flow loss is small, the high temperature fan work efficiency is high. 4. The high-temperature fan housing and motor are installed and connected with metal castings, and the cooling air blades are installed on the shaft head of the motor. The inlet and outlet pipe interfaces are opened on the outer wall of the metal castings to cool the metal castings and shaft heads to ensure the normal operation of the motor at high temperature. 5, The motor adopts special high temperature motor, the fluid part of the high temperature fan adopts temperature-resistant material, and the cooling structure is reliable. Compared with other boiler induced draft fans, the structure is simple, convenient maintenance, high cost performance.
