Our High Strength Polyester Dipped Hard Cord is made of premium industrial polyester filament, manufactured through high-precision twisting and professional dipping curing process. Different from soft cords, this hard cord adopts optimized twisting density and special molding technology, forming a rigid and compact strand structure with outstanding hardness and structural stability, effectively improving the overall rigidity and load-bearing performance of reinforced rubber products.
The product boasts excellent mechanical properties, including ultra-high breaking force and stable low elongation under fixed load, which prevents stretching and deformation of rubber accessories under long-term heavy load and high-pressure working conditions. The surface is uniformly treated with dipping adhesive to form a firm bonding layer, providing superior adhesion with various rubber materials, avoiding delamination and falling off during use.
