1) Excellent Electrical Insulation
High resistivity, effectively preventing electrical breakdown and ensuring the safe operation of electrical equipment.
2) Good Heat Resistance
Due to the use of thermosetting resins like phenolic, its continuous operating temperature is typically above 105°C, and it can withstand even higher temperatures (e.g., above 130°C) for short periods.
3) Good Mechanical Strength
After resin impregnation and hot-pressing, the material becomes rigid, puncture-resistant, and provides some mechanical support.
4) Moisture and Chemical Resistance
The cured resin layer effectively resists moisture and certain degrees of chemical solvent erosion.
5) Thermal Bonding Property
In the "semi-cured" state, it can be firmly bonded to other materials (such as copper foil, other insulation layers) through hot-pressing, forming an integral structure.
The core use of this paper is as an insulating and structural material, widely used in applications requiring high temperature resistance and reliable insulation:
Roll packing: Outside wrapped by waterproof kraft paper and PE film, put on pallet or without pallet.
Sheet packing: Wrapped by PE film on each pallet, 4 angles with paper protector, standard seaworthy export packaging.
Ream packing: 100 - 500 sheets per ream, then put on pallet
