DB4427-6077 is a DB series 4-cylinder mechanical inline high-pressure fuel injection pump, specially calibrated for large-displacement F5C diesel engine, acting as the core assembly of China II mechanical fuel supply system. It generates injection pressure mechanically through four groups of precision plunger assemblies. The built-in full-range mechanical governor accurately controls fuel delivery volume, stable idle speed, overspeed fuel cut-off protection and injection advance angle. Tuned with larger fuel supply flow for heavy-duty 4112ZGB engine, it delivers strong low-speed torque and adequate power reserve for full-load climbing, heavy starting and long-term intensive transportation.
