How to produce fabric paper?
Fabric paper is a kind of Non-spinning technology products, which is the new materials now. In the wooden strcuters, it is always used in outer wall materials because of its waterproof features.
It is produced by using flash technology, by the polymer after hot melt into continuous filament and hot glue them into a high density polyethylene, this unique technology to produce light weight but tough material, that's called tyvek paper.
Fabric is a good material produced by Dupont, the selection of pure high-density polyethylene by thermography for the processing of raw materials into continuous filament after thermal bonded, the whole production process doesn't add any binder. This unique technology produce Fabric paper containing most of the advantages of paper, plastic film and fabric.
Its characteristics are: Not easy deformation, soft smooth, good breathability, anti moist, anti water soaked.
