What is Ivory Paper
Ivory paper is paper which has been coated by high quality white pigment,one side coated.the color
is white. It is widely used to making packing box,name card,certification,invitation,calendar,and so on.the
paper has great durability and hign quality.
Difference about Ivory paper & Woodfree paper
★ In Usages
▲ The range of coated paper and ivory paper is not the same. Ivory paper is commonly used in certificates, invitations, desk calendars, postcards, etc. It is relatively wear-resistant and not easily damaged. Coated paper is often used in magazines, color inserts, or advertisements. Flyer and other printed materials.
★ In stifiness
▲ The thickness of ivory paper and coated paper is different. The thickness of ordinary ivory paper is generally 0.27-0.55mm, and the thickness of ordinary coated paper is between 0.06-0.46mm. Generally, ivory paper is thicker than coated paper.
★ In whitness
▲ The whiteness requirement of ivory paper is very high, the whiteness of A, etc. is not less than 92%, B is not less than 87%, and C is not less than 82%. Whiteness is over 90%, the ivory paper is more white than woodfree paper.
