Rock wool production line selects electric furnace to melt raw materials. Before the curing furnace, there are pleating machine and pressurising machine to compress the secondary felt longitudinally to improve the strength. Cotton felt into the curing furnace, out of the cooling, longitudinal cutting, online cutting, crushed edges, thickness saw, cross-cutting, guillotine and other processing into products. Rock wool boards are automatically stacked, heat-shrinkable film packed, palletised by palletising robots and sent to the warehouse by forklift trucks.
