It depend the recording resolution, normally, it can recording more than 20 hours if the resolution is 1080P.
Can it support recording both cameras when external camera is connected?
Yes, it will record two channels video when the external camera connected. And it also supports to setup to recording only one channel.
How long is the period that the camera packages a file?
The clip time is configurable, 5 mins, 10 mins,20 mins, 30 mints and auto, auto means when it reach the file size at 3.5GB, and then it will start to package another file.
