Introduction
ExQ-Laser is the newest generation Q-switched laser treatment system developed by Sincoheren, which possesses laser output with wave length 1064nm and 532nm. The laser
can reach max. 600mj under min. pulse width 5ns, such optimized configuration has achieved
great clinical effect. With focused and detailed design the laser system could calibrate automatically and is fully under real time supervision.
ExQ-Laser is functionally outstanding, safely stable and has been approved by CFDA and European Medical CE. The unique design has gained couple of global patent protections.
1. US(K163123) CE TGA approved--best quality and results guaranteed
2. Two stages Nd:YAG laser system with electro-optic Q-switched technology, which output higher energy. The designs adopt cavity optimozed schedule, make the pulse width as short as 5ns, get doubled output power density under the same energy.
3. Integrated laser edergy monitor system inside, set warning signal when energy deviation over threshold, all to ensure treatment effectiveness and safety.
4. Seven joints optical articulated arm with adjustable hadnpieces, spot size setting from 2 to 10mm. The energy synchronously changer following the setting spot size.
Side Effects and Taboos
For the darker skin patient, it is not suggestible to randomly adopt high energy because the superficial skin layer pigment’s absorption of laser makes it relatively higher risk if the skin is lightly damaged.
The skin may appear red and swollen, skin infiltration of blood and inflammatory reactions after the laser operation. Unguent for scald and scar avoidance shall be used after treatment.
For parts of pigments which contains metal ion (such as iron ion), some of dark chemicals (like ferrous oxide), which are difficult to be absorbed after laser treatment, may darker treatment areas. This is caused by different structures of pigments, which has no relations to the device quality.
Keep the treatment area dry and clean and protect it from infection.
