Introducing our advanced 1kW Vertical Axis Wind Turbine, designed for reliable off-grid and supplemental power for residential and small business applications. Unlike traditional horizontal axis turbines, our VAWT captures wind from any direction without needing to yaw, making it ideal for urban and suburban environments with turbulent wind flows. Its compact helical design operates silently and starts generating power at winds as low as 2.8 m/s.

Structural Pictures and Description
Generator Body: We use the high grade Neodymium Iron Boron permanent magnet for generator. Every pieces magnet will be test the magnetic flux by the authority institution. The low starting torque is designed by our mechanical engineer but also assure the high generating efficiency by improving the inner structure. With scientific design and practiced experience, the machine has stable and high efficiently.
GENERATOR PARAMETER:
Blades Specification: Streamline shape 3 pieces reinforce fiber plastic blades. Unidirectional fiber fabric, use of epoxy rein mold made by hand. Not hollow it is inner foam, Low noise, no need to adjust and good quality of balance, no shaking and strength fatigue resistance.
Wheel Hub: Made of fine steel parts, it is used connect the blade and then install on the generator.
Blades connector: They are made of the Q235 plate and surface treatment is painting against decaying.It will connect the blades and the geneator.
Tower Specification: We could supply the Q235 guy wire tower and free stand tower. The guy wire tower painted against decaying, the free stand tower is hot dip galvanized plastic spraying.
