This premium coolant expansion tank with OE number 3W0121403F is exclusively customized for Bentley Continental GT, Continental GTC and Flying Spur models equipped with 6.0T W12 twin-turbo engines (2006–2018 chassis). All mounting lugs, pipeline connectors, sensor installation port and overall contour strictly replicate OEM drawing dimensions, supporting direct plug-and-play installation without trimming or gasket modification during cooling system maintenance.
Reinforced High-Temperature Composite Plastic Body
The tank adopts modified PA66 glass fiber reinforced plastic raw material, specially formulated for W12 high-power engine extreme high-temperature working conditions. It resists long-term continuous thermal radiation from twin turbochargers, avoids micro-cracks, swelling and coolant leakage defects of ordinary plastic water bottles after long service life. Comes factory pre-assembled with standard pressure relief cap, built-in liquid level sensor and high-seal silicone connecting pipe nozzles as one complete assembly, realizing one-stop procurement without purchasing scattered spare parts separately. The pressure cap maintains the cooling system’s rated pressure stably, effectively raising coolant boiling point to solve engine overheating risks under high-speed full-load driving. The liquid level sensor accurately transmits low-coolant warning signals to the vehicle ECU to remind drivers of insufficient antifreeze.
Anti-Corrosion & Zero Leakage Sealing Design
The joint between black upper cover and transparent lower tank adopts integrated hot-melt welding technology without gaps, matched with high-temperature resistant fluororubber sealing ring to thoroughly eliminate coolant seepage hidden dangers. The internal pipeline interface is precision injection molded to perfectly lock the original cooling pipeline, no loosening or liquid leakage after long-term high-pressure circulation of antifreeze.
Each water bottle undergoes hydraulic pressure leakage test, high-low temperature cycle aging test, vibration fatigue test and liquid level sensor signal calibration before delivery.
