This OEM-standard intake manifold assembly with OE number 06E133110AF is exclusively developed for VW/Audi CJT 2.0T turbo gasoline engines. All mounting hole positions, air runner channel layout, vacuum valve installation size and intake flap actuator structure fully replicate factory original drawings, enabling direct plug-and-play installation without modification during engine overhaul.
1.High-precision plastic composite manifold runner with anti-crack reinforcement
The manifold body adopts high-temperature reinforced PA66 plastic composite injection molding, with integrated rib reinforcement on all air channel walls to resist thermal deformation under long-term high engine operating temperature. It effectively avoids common factory original defects such as manifold cracking, air leakage and vacuum failure. Precision-molded inner runners eliminate airflow turbulence, improving intake efficiency and restoring original vehicle power output.
2.Integrated electronic intake flap actuator with factory calibrated control
Built-in pre-calibrated electronic swirl flap actuator matches the original ECU signal parameters perfectly. The sealing rubber gaskets between flap shaft and manifold housing are made of high-temperature fluororubber, preventing air leakage and vacuum loss. The built-in vacuum control channel maintains stable intake swirl adjustment at idle, medium and high RPM, eliminating rough idling, weak low-speed torque and increased fuel consumption caused by faulty original manifolds.
3.High temperature & oil vapor resistance for turbocharged direct injection engines
All internal sealing and moving components are customized to withstand high heat and oil vapor from turbo direct injection engines. It blocks crankcase waste gas backflow effectively, avoids carbon accumulation inside the intake channels, and keeps stable air-fuel mixing for combustion chambers. It prevents engine misfire, catalytic converter damage and emission fault light alerts caused by intake air leakage.
4.Wide vehicle compatibility & strict multi-round factory inspection
Applicable vehicle models equipped with CJT engine: Audi A4 B8, A5, Q5 8R, VW Passat CC, Tiguan, Golf R, Eos 2.0T TSI etc.
