High-quality crankcase ventilation duct with OE number 06C103217C is specially designed and produced for Audi A4 and S4 series models, fully matching the original installation size, pipeline radian and interface caliber, enabling direct plug-and-play replacement without any cutting, grinding or auxiliary sealing accessories during vehicle maintenance. The main body of the ventilation pipe adopts upgraded glass fiber reinforced high-temperature resistant composite plastic raw material, which can resist the continuous high-temperature radiation from the engine cylinder head and exhaust pipeline all year round, and will not experience hardening, embrittlement, deformation or cracking after long-term use under high-temperature working conditions, completely solving the short service life defect of ordinary plastic ventilation pipes on the market. The built-in integrated sealing rings at both ends are made of high-performance fluororubber material with special oil-resistant formula, which can resist the erosion of high-temperature engine oil vapor and crankcase waste gas, keep the interface sealing tight for a long time, effectively prevent the leakage of crankcase pressure and oil gas seepage. This ventilation pipe plays a key role in balancing the internal pressure of the crankcase. When the original ventilation duct is aging, cracked or blocked, it will cause unstable crankcase pressure, resulting in a series of vehicle faults such as obvious engine idle jitter, abnormal increase of oil consumption, weak throttle response, and illuminated engine fault indicator light.
