Core Advantages
This premium oil-gas separator with OE part number 2720 1601 34 is customized for Mercedes-Benz engines, manufactured in strict accordance with original factory structural design and dimensional standards for seamless direct replacement without modification. Adopting multi-stage labyrinth filtration and built-in fine filter cotton dual separation system, it can effectively separate engine oil mist from crankcase waste gas, recycle most lubricating oil back to the oil pan, and only discharge clean gas into the intake pipeline. It fundamentally solves excessive oil burning, white smoke exhaust and engine carbon accumulation caused by poor separation effect of inferior separators. The shell is made of high-temperature resistant reinforced plastic with anti-aging and anti-corrosion properties, which can adapt to the high temperature and oil vapor erosion environment inside the engine compartment without deformation or cracking after long-term operation. The built-in pressure control valve maintains a stable negative pressure state inside the crankcase, avoiding oil leakage from oil seals and weak engine power output. Every finished oil-gas separator passes air tightness test, separation efficiency test and high-low temperature cycle aging test before shipment.
