The BOIGEVIS Rubber Sleeve (OE 31121133236 / 31 12 1 133 236) is a high-quality substitute suspension bushing for classic BMW chassis, covering 3 Series E30 (1984–1991) and E36 (1992–1999), plus Z Series Z3 (E36/7, E36/8, 1996–2002) non-M models. It acts as the rubber sleeve at a suspension pivot point—commonly used on front control arm or tie rod mountings—to locate the component in place and absorb road vibration before it reaches the cabin.
Made from high-density natural rubber with wear-resistant additives, vulcanized to a seamless steel inner sleeve, it resists hardening, cracking and oil/ozone ageing under long-term alternating loads. It restores original ride comfort, cuts steering-wheel shudder, chassis knocks and tyre scrub caused by worn original sleeves.
Moulded to BMW OEM inner bore, outer diameter and installation arc, it supports direct press-fit or bolt-on fitment with no cutting or modification. Each piece passes compression-fatigue and high-low temperature cycle tests.
