The BOIGEVIS Piston Assembly (OE 06J107065AH) is a high-quality substitute standard-size piston for VW/Audi EA888 Gen2 2.0 TSI/TFSI inline-four—covering Vitar/Jetta, Passat B6/B7, CC, Golf VI GTI, Tiguan, EOS, Scirocco, plus Audi A3 8P, A4 B8, A5, TT Mk2, Q3 and Q5 with CCTA/CBFA/CAWB/CCZA/CDNC and other 2.0T codes. It converts combustion pressure into crankkshaft rotation and sets the 9.6:1 compression ratio together with the rod assembly.

Forged aluminium skirt with anti-scuff coating, 82.51 mm STD bore, 29.6 mm compression height, 21×56 mm wrist pin and trapezoidal-rod clearance; supplied as a complete unit with rings, pin and circlips. It resists detonation scoring, ring-land cracking and oil burning

burn—typical on high-mileage original pistons showing blow-by, blue smoke and low compression.

Machined to VAG OEM dome profile and pin offset for direct engine-swap fitment—no bore oversize, no rod modification. Each piece passes dimensional and balance inspection.
