This high-quality oil pump pickup head with OEM part number 06E 115 105 BC is specially designed for VW Group 3.0T EA837 supercharged gasoline engine with engine code CTD, widely fitted on Audi A6L C7, A7, A8 D4, Q7, Porsche Cayenne, Volkswagen Touareg and other luxury models equipped with 3.0L mechanical supercharged powerplant.
Constructed with high-strength aluminum alloy pipe body and integrated precision metal filter screen, this oil suction assembly is installed inside the engine oil pan. It undertakes the task of extracting lubricating oil and filtering metal scraps, sludge and carbon deposits from engine oil, preventing impurities from blocking the oil pump and abrading crankshaft, bearing shells and other precision moving parts. All sealing positions, mounting flanges and oil passage dimensions adopt CNC precision machining in strict accordance with OEM specifications to realize direct bolt-on replacement without modification. Every finished product passes oil flow test, air tightness inspection and long-term anti-blocking durability aging test before shipment.
