Spiral Finned Tube Economizer
DHB finned tubing extends heat transfer surface that provides maximum efficiency in heat exchange applications from exhaust hot gas to a contained liquid process.
DHB offers both solid and serrated welded finned tubes to be used in HRSG, Petro-chemical, Boiler plants, Economizer, Gas Collers, and Heat exchangers in a wide range of applications.
Solid fins are recommended for contaminated gas streams where oil, coal, wood or other high fouling are used. Serrated fins are primarily used in clean gas streams.
DHB Spiral Fin Tubes are produced with state of the art equipment with strict adherence to an internal quality process developed to comply with International Standards and Customer Specific-ations.
The result has been a controlled process that produces superior quality continuous fin to tube bonding, while maintaining low penetration resulting in minimal effects to the tube base materials. This process has been developed in close cooperation with a Specialist from Aalborg Industries, Inc., a leding designer of HRSG equipment.
