Specification:
SZS series steam boiler header has many advantages such as fully combustion, non-pollution in the emission, convenient and safe operation and easy installation as well as high thermal efficiency, large output, strong load adaptability, high degree of automation and so on. It is an ideal environment-friendly product with high efficiency, low consumption and small pollution. SZS series gas and oil fired boiler is a fast-assembly water-tube boiler with double boiler barrels and "D" type layout. It is composed of an upper and lower boiler barrels, membrane water wall, convection bank, economizer, and condenser. After the fuel is fired in the furnace, the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through convection bank and flue gas waste heat recovery device.
Application:
The steam boiler pressure part header with large diameter longitudinal welded pipe have water wall header, superheater header, economizer header and so on, it acts as collection, mixture, re-distributing working medium, as the structure, it can be classified as the end cover type( end enclosure) and necking down type.
