Product Feature
1. the h-type finned tube economizer is used to replace the light tube economizer, which can increase the heat transfer area and reduce the number of pipe arrangement, so as to increase the flue gas flow section and reduce the smoke speed and wear.Since the abrasion speed of the pipe is directly proportional to the flow rate of the flue gas at 3.33 times, if the flue gas velocity decreases from 9m/s to 7m/s, the wear rate will be reduced to 43% of the original.At the same time, the experiment shows that the fin tube itself has the function of making fly ash concentrate in the middle of the pipe, so the fin tube economizer has the function of reducing wear on the structure
