During operation, it is necessary to prevent dust and slag accumulation outside the pipe and scaling inside the pipe to avoid a decrease in heat transfer efficiency or the risk of pipe bursting . The water-cooled wall of a DC boiler can adopt a vertical tube screen or spiral tube coil structure, which can adapt to different heat loads by adjusting the pipe diameter and material.
