Product Overview
Our H-type finned tube heat exchanger elements deliver exceptional heat transfer capabilities with superior self-cleaning properties. These components excel in flue gas waste heat recovery applications, particularly during boiler renovations and system upgrades.
To enhance heat exchange efficiency and optimize surface heat transfer, H-type finned tubes have become essential in modern boilers and waste heat recovery systems. Derived from rectangular finned tubes, these components feature a unique grooved structure that provides outstanding anti-wear and anti-fouling performance.
Technical Performance
The convective heat transfer coefficient is directly proportional to fin pitch, while inversely related to fin height and width. Overall heat transfer capacity is influenced by fin efficiency, convective heat transfer, and finned ratio. Note: Pressure drops increase with greater fin height and width.
